Winter Season Checklist

If you use your mower for the last time and do not have winter, now is a great time to drain or gas mower or use a gas stabilizer to preserve fuel. In addition, if your lawn mower needs repair or maintenance from a repair shop, is now the best time to take it to the shop. In the spring, there will probably be waiting to bring your connected device.

Perform the following steps maintenance checklist:

* Oil Change - see the manual for the amount and type of oil.

* Check / Replace air filter - filter cleaning is sometimes enough.

* Check / Replace Spark Plug

* Check / Sharpen the blade - with a Dremel tool sharpening attachment works great.

* Thoroughly Mower - easier if you clean after each use.

* Grease if necessary - check the manual for location and specification.

* Moving Parts Spray with WD40 - helps prevent wear.

* Disconnect Spark Plug Wire - for security reasons.

* Shop for winter - preferably a dry and isolated place.

Another step support is eager to remove the spark plug and lubricate the cylinder with a tablespoon of oil in the spark plug hole coffee. Then slowly turn the engine by pulling the starter rope or crankshaft rotation to distribute the oil. Replace the spark plug and let the disconnected wire.

Hopefully, you have been performing maintenance throughout the season to make this list the winter season simply closing your lawn care system. All the work you have sown in the fall / winter will reap a reward for your lawn next spring.
